Gypsy style embellishments

I really struggled to get my whole head in a picture on this Gypsy-style hijab look! So here it is in peices... I don't own many high neck garments at the moment, but it's a look I could definitely enjoy more of!

  3. ah thanks so much for the compliments! :D Hethr you have really made me laugh :) It is a basic cotton cap, over my bun, with one patterned scarf pinned at the nape of the neck and twisted and tied round the bun. The top is a dress i cut down into a shorter top, and i used the belt from that dress to wrap round my head (the ribbon/bow). The feathers are just two hair clips slid in above the bow and the flower by the bun is just pinned on. Sounds complex but only takes a few minutes to do honestly. I am a mum too so speed and practicality are of the essence! It's very secure acutally, I usually have issues with the gypsy style as my hair is very slippery, but this seemed to work! Maybe i should do a video, cos that explanation looks complex lol!
