Mocktail Mini Menu

I used to adore cocktails but definitely more for the taste than the intoxicating effect. Upon discovering that one of my IT colleagues is a mixologist of the highest calibre I prevailed upon him to email me a mini menu of 'mocktails' for a summer evening with the girls.

Buyer beware: these babies are so delicious that you risk serious fruit juice stomach distension if you over indulge. Keep the nibbles small ladies! And allow the fibrous anti-oxidant goodness to do it's work. Oh, and make an effort for this all-female occasion wont you? *winks*

Peachy Keen

Directions: Fill a Collins glass with ice, add a splash of peach puree and the top off half and half with pineapple and cranberry juices. Shake and serve with a pineapple wedge garnish.



Shirley Temple

Directions: Fill a Collins glass with ice, add a splash of grenadine and the top off two to one with ginger ale and orange. Stir and serve with an orange slice and cocktail cherries.

I am so in love with this Marchesa dress! Nothing like dressing for the occasion...
